Core Skills – Coed y Brenin

The perfect course if you’re new to mountain biking or have some experience but have never been taught the fundamentals of off-road riding.

We’ll look at bike set-up, position and movement on the bike, effective braking, gear selection, and some core skills that you’ll need on the trail. Then we’ll put it all into practice on some of Coed y Brenin’s finest singletrack.

This 4hr course costs £120 in total and may be booked as a 1-1 or a 2-1 session. When booking please reserve a single place (thereby filling the course) and make a note in the comments if there will be a 2nd rider. If you’re a parent attending with a child then please complete a consent form to bring with you.
