Dreigiau Parents Coaching Session

Can’t keep up with the kids? Want to be more confident on the trails? Been wanting coaching but it’s too expensive?

Wheelism is offering a heavily discounted coaching session for parents who are members of Dreigiau Coed y Brenin Dragons.

A relaxed session starting at 9.30am and lasting 3 hours, finishing at 12.30pm. We’ll meet at the Dreigiau Club Hut at Coed y Brenin (in the top car park where the kids’ sessions run from)

We’ll cover bike checks, core skills (balance, braking, cornering etc.) and will take in some of the blue and red graded trails we use in the kids sessions. You don’t need to do the full 3 hours and can drop out whenever you like (we’ll direct you back to the visitor centre).

There’ll be plenty of opportunity to ask all those daft questions you don’t want to ask when the kids are around too!

It’s £15 per person and the course will only run if 6 or more people sign up. Maximum is 8 people, so you’ll get plenty of personal coaching. You can pay on the day!

What you’ll need: a bike in good working order, a helmet, gloves, a spare inner tube, snacks and a drink.
